Hospitality Leaders is the world's leading hospitality and travel industry talent pool.

Hospitality Leaders was not specifically designed with executive search or recruitment in mind.

However, because it gathers the world's leading talent in one convenient place it is an ideal platform to do just that!

Executive Search firms and recruiters have recognized and do exploit both social and professional networks to identify active and passive candidates.

We recognize that leaders in our industry are open to learning about opportunities and we are committed to giving both potential recruits and corporations the opportunity to identify mutually beneficial partnerships.

For our company and recruiter members, we offer a “corporate advantage” and have developed dedicated access to the leadership body of the industry.

This corporate account provides deep and far reaching access into the talent pool, far beyond what our premium membership is able to provide.

We have built a dedicated and customized solution for our corporate partners that we host for them at their own dedicated web address such as "yourname.hospitalityleaders.com"

Corporations receive dozens and more applications on daily basis and it can become challenging for most to keep track of the qualified people that introduce themselves.

Instead of loosing track of this talent pool, our corporate partners encourage potential future candidates to become members of hospitalityleaders.com to network within the industry.

Hence the talent pool that our corporate partners tap into grows exponentially.

The dedicated search access is unique to each corporate client who receives the ability to:

- Run dedicated queries

- Save searches and retain comments of interactions with potential candidates

- Upload files

- Share and track projects amongst co-workers

- Contact members that are open to learning about fitting opportunities.

For a hosted dedicated corporate solution, please contact us here.

1) If you want to be run over by a train, you need to lie down on the tracks.

List every community you have EVER been part of (towns, schools, businesses, organizations, etc)

List every job you’ve had

Describe every job in detail

List every degree, certification, license, etc.

Set preferences to allow invites and direct contacts

Add your alternative email addresses

Add the top keywords which describe you

Add all of your websites and your blogs

2) Grow your network to be found

Collect all of those business cards and scan them in to your contact database

Collect all past contact data (old email programs, newtons, palmpilots, etc)

Merge all of the above into one consolidated CSV database (Outlook / Gmail etc.)

3) Be selective

Just because someone is a connection does NOT mean you owe them recommendations and endorsements on demand

Evaluate each recommendation on a referral-by-referral basis.
